Previously, Boniface spent 4 years as programmer/analyst and data processing coordinator at Merkel-Donohue, Inc., a Rochester-based office supplies & design company. While at Merkel-Donohue, he gained first-hand experience with writing and designing project-based accounting software for supply, consulting and design firms. Boniface is a graduate of State University of New York in Brockport, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and a Master of Public Administration in Information Management Systems. He later earned a Master of Science in Software Development & Management from Rochester Institute of Technology, New York and a Ph.D. in Information Technology Management from Capella University School of Business, Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN. |

Boniface C. Nwugwo, the Principal Consultant and Chief Technical Officer at BTC Technologies, has over 20 years of experience in software testing, software quality assurance, software development and management in both small and large organizations.
Prior to BTC, he spent 16 years at Eastman Kodak Company in various technical and leadership positions including serving as software development engineer, software test engineer, software quality engineer, quality assurance manager, test manager, software project manager and manager of a software development center of excellence. During his long tenure at Kodak, Boniface led test and quality teams in testing real-time, embedded, host-based digital imaging, document imaging, and financial software products. He has led quality process improvement activities in software development organizations, including leading Kodak’s Washington Development Center to achieve CMM Levels 2 & 3.
